E. Abandon Property: After your product has been repaired,
or if you reject the repair, ASUS will notify you to pick up
your product. If you fail to do it within a period of 90 days
from ASUS' notice, ASUS reserves the right to (i) dispose
the product in accordance with the applicable laws and
regulations; (ii) claim damages from you, including costs
associated with storage, disposal of the product and any
statutory right of lien for unpaid charges.
