The warranty is excluded whenever may have
occurred a wrong use of the appliance and
whenever the appliance didn't correctly receive
the periodical maintenance as described within
the instructions. Mahle Aftermarket Italy S.r.l. de-
cline any responsibility for any direct or indirect
damages caused to people, goods or pets due
to failure to follow all the instructions with partic-
ular regard to the warnings related to installation,
use and maintenance of the appliance.
11.4
Repairs under warranty/
out of warranty
Each repair must be done by an authorized cen-
ter or an authorized retailer. Only when the men-
tioned repair shouldn't be enough to fix the is-
sues faced by the buyer, a request for assistance
can be forwarded to Mahle Aftermarket Italy S.r.l.
Under that circumstance, the faulty product can
be sent to Mahle Aftermarket Italy S.r.l. after a
return request is sent to the address fix.aftermar-
ket@mahle.com and subsequent release of a re-
turn number, which should be indicated on the
shipping documents jointly to the serial number
of the faulty appliance; the product must have
its shipping documents in accordance with all
valid laws and normative, otherwise, the product
won't be accepted.
Shipping cost to Mahle Aftermarket Italy S.r.l. for
those goods still under warranty will be paid by
the retailer while those to return a product to the
retailer will be paid by Mahle Aftermarket Italy S.r.l.
If the warranty is expired the appliance will be
returned to the retailer burdened by the repair's
costs jointly with the shipping's costs.
