In the E-Oltre product the battery is assembled directly inside the down tube of the frame.
This type of battery has been designed specifically to remain fixed inside the frame.
To remove the battery, you must contact a specialist retailer.

disconnected and all screws are removed before removing

Loosen the screws and remove the cable cover from the
left chain stay of the rear triangle and disconnect the
cable. Loosen the hexagonal nuts of the rear wheel hub and
remove the wheel.
