ding the loading limits set out in the
vehicle operating manual.
Remember that, as required by law, this warranty
is provided directly by your MV Agusta dealer.
Please contact the dealer for any needs. The war-
ranty is valid also overseas at any other MV
Agusta network dealer.

Remember that, if your vehicle breaks
down or malfunctions due to failure to
perform the maintenance certificates or
to improper use (including, but not limi-
ted to, engine over-revs, etc.), your dea-
ler may refuse to operate under war-
ranty and at the same time the dealer
and MV Agusta may not be considered
liable for any damage incurred by the
vehicle and/or by the user and/or by
third parties and/or by third party pro-
perty, due to these breakages or mal-
functions.
All maintenance certificates, including the first
one, will require payment for both materials and
labour.
