Replacement of osmotic membranes:
To replace osmotic membranes follow instructions below:
Close the water infeed and outfeed valves of the main body.
Close the cock on the storage tank.
Remove the upper protection of the main body.
Discharge the internal pressure by opening a utility.
Disconnect hoses from quick couplers on the caps of the vessels
containing the membranes. Contain any water spills with paper or cloths.
Unscrew the caps of vessels and remove the exhausted membranes .
Fit the new membranes into the vessels, by fully pushing them
Close the vessels by deeply screwing the caps.
Reconnect hoses to quick couplers.
Re‐open the water infeed and outfeed valves of the main body.
Open the cock on the storage tank.
Switch on the main body, pick water from utilities and be sure of the
absence of water leak through couplers and caps of the vessels .
Switch off the machine and reposition the upper protection .
Flush the membranes for at least five minutes.
N.B.: Exhausted membranes must be disposed of as special waste.
