8. Check:
• Fully open position
Incorrect → Adjust.
Checking steps:
• Turn the shift lever to the forward position.
• Turn the throttle grip fully open.
• Check that the throttle valve lever so that it
contacts the fully opened stopper.
9. Check:
• Throttle operation
Unsmooth operation → Adjust.
Checking steps:
• Turn the shift lever to the neutral position.
• Fully open and close the throttle several
times.
• Check that the throttle valve fully opens
and closes.
10. Connect:
• Wiring harness coupler 1
11. Install:
• Plastic tie 1
NOTE:
Fasten the battery cable to the shift cable,
throttle cable and wiring harness.
