EN 61000-4-3
80 MHz at 2.5 GHz
NOTE : Ur is the nominal value of the power voltage applied during the test.
NOTE 1 : at 80 MHz and 800 MHz, the higher frequency band applies.
NOTE 2 : these recommendations may not be applicable in all situations. The propagation of
electromagnetic waves is modified by absorption and reflection due to structures, objects and
people.
a The field strength of fixed transmitters, such as radio telephone (mobile / wireless) and land
mobile radio base stations, amateur radio systems, AM/FM radio communication systems and
TV systems cannot in theory be evaluated with accuracy. To obtain an evaluation of the electro-
magnetic environment due to fixed RF transmitters, measurements must be taken of the site. If a
field strength measured in the environment in which this camera is used exceeds the applicable
compliance levels shown above, this camera must be checked for proper functioning. If it ob-
served to be functioning abnormally, additional measures must be taken, such as a change of
direction or repositioning of the referencing equipment.
b Outside of the 150 kHz to 80 MHz frequency band, the field strength must be lower than 3
V/m.
Portable and mobile RF communication devices must not be used nearer to
the equipment, reference "Mono CDD camera", including the cables, than
the recommended separation distance, calculated using the applicable for-
mulas based on the transmitter frequency. Recommended separation dis-
tance.
3V
d = 1,16 √ P
d = 1,16 √ P 80 MHz to 800 MHz
3V/m
d = 2,33 √ P 800 MHz to 2.5 GHz
Where P is the maximum output power from the transmitter in Watts (W),
assigned by the manufacturer of the transmitter and d is the recommended
separation distance in metres (m).
The field strengths emitted by fixed RF transmitters, determined from elec-
tromagnetic measurements of site a, must be lower in terms of compliance
in each frequency band.
Interference may be caused by nearby devices displaying the following sym-
bol:
