Leerung des Hydraulikentlastungsystems,
Messerbalken in Arbeitsstellung

Ventil auf Hydraulikrohr (1) öffnen und
warten bis das System drucklos ist.
 Füllen des Entlastungshydrauliksystems
nie in Transportstellung ausführen.



Entlastung.

Bei höherer Geschwindigkeit und sehr
bewegtem
Hydraulikdämpfer für Querstabilität des
Messerbalkens
(Sonderausrüstung).

Filling up the hydraulic discharge system,
cutter bar in work position

Open the valve on the hydraulic tube (1).

Switch on the hydraulic electrical circuit and
fill up to pressure 85 to 95 bar, measured
by manometer (2).

Close the valve on the hydraulic tube (1).
Emptying the hydraulic discharge system,
cutter bar in work position

Open the valve on the hydraulic tube (1)
and wait until there is no pressure in the
system.
 Do not ever perform the filling of the
discharging hydraulic system with the
machine in transport position.


für Higher pressure is recommended for
discharge.

With higher speed and very agitated
ein ground the hydraulic stabilizer for
transverse stability of cutter bar is
recommended (additional equipment).
