Function
Elektror automatic reversing machines are change-over valves
for side channel compressors which are electromotively opera-
ted. They alternately apply overpressure or a partial vacuum to
pipework, installations and systems, or render them unpressuri-
zed. The associated compressor does not need to have its
direction of rotation changed or be switched off for this.
The operation of the reversing element is non-contact, and it
rests on a deep groove ball bearing which is enclosed on one
side. It is driven by an unblockable, reversible synchronous
motor.
The synchronous motor is switched to the desired position by
driving it correspondingly. All the automatic reversing machines
are manufactured of cast aluminium and are corrosion-resi-
stant.
