Note:
Always stop the tractor and adjust the desired angle.
Attention:
1- The Harvesters and Choppers JF were designed to be operated by only
one person. Therefore, never allow a person other than the tractor's operator
to adjust the outlet chute and/or deflector with the machine in operation.
2- Whenever moving the outlet chute, always make sure there are no
obstacles that could cause a crash, like trees and power wiring (see
dimensions in the sub-item 3.3).
C) Machines with hydraulic command - Hydraulic
hose connection
Note: If your machine has hydraulic drive for the chute
turn and deflector, it needs three hydraulic lines.
b) Remove the protecting plugs (1 and 2) from the
remote control and from the hose.
c) Connect the hose pushing its end firmly against one
of the remote control outlets.
d) Bleeding the circuit: to eliminate the air inside the
hose and cylinder, drive the respective lever (3) of the
remote control several times, in both ways and up to the
end of the stroke.
Removing the hydraulic hoses
a) To disconnect the hydraulic hoses you should release
the system pressure. For that, turn the tractor off and
after that drive the levers (3) sometimes releasing the
system.
b) With the remote control levers (3) in neutral position,
quickly pull the hoses: the disconnection occurs with a
least oil loss.
c) Then put all the protecting plugs back (1 and 2).
Attention: Do not leave the nipples of
hoses hit the ground or places that
contaminate the oil.
