On field
a) Lift and lock the outlet chute, according to chapter 5.
b) Aim the product's spout, controlling the chute turn
and the blast breaker position according to sub-item
5.7.
c) Adjust the machine according to the desired cutting
height, using the hydraulic lift.
d) Start the PTO and accelarate the tractor slowly until
reaching 540 rpm on the PTO (Refer to your tractor's
manual).
e) Slowly begin the harvest up to you reach the
properest speed to the product conditions (height,
moisture etc) and to the tractor's characteristics.
Note:
Avoid overloading the machine and the
tractor, reducing the harvest speed when
necessary, avoiding using the tractor's
clutch.
Maneuvers:
When turning the tractor to the right, watch the
neamess of the machine to the trailer or the wagon.
Note:
When maneuvering the machine, always
turn off the tractor's PTO.
