Corrective Action
Tighten air cap [2-2]
by hand
Clean air circuit, ob-
serve chapter 8
Clean the nozzle set,
chapter 8, or replace,
chapter 9.1
Refill gravity cup [1-6]
Replace the paint nee-
dle sealing, chapter
9.3
Clean air cap, observe
chapter 8
Check if fluid tip is
damaged, replace the
nozzle set, if neces-
sary, chapter 9.1
Replace air distribution
ring making sure it has
been positioned cor-
rectly when inserting it,
