Step 2: Disconnecting the cables
Before the generator can be removed, all the cables underneath must be
disconnected (left). To remove the two grey plugs, first lift up on the silver
locking arms to release them, then pull straight down to remove the plugs. To
remove the black plug, take a small flathead screwdriver and push the little grey
tab in (right). While holding the tab in, slide the plug down and off completely.
Step 3: Generator removal
There are 4 arms that retain the generator in the frame (left). To remove the
generator, bend the two top arms away from the generator body and while
holding the arms out, tip the generator forward till the rubber grommets clear the
edge (right).
Now, repeat the previous steps with the bottom two retaining arms (left). Tip the
generator all the way forward and rest it on the wheels (right).
