Solutions
Verify Light Curing Unit connections
Verify foot pedal connection & function
Verify that the power setting is set at MAX power
Contact your EMS Repair Center
Verify Light Curing Unit connections
Temperature of the Light Curing Unit is too high, let it cool down for some time
Foot pedal pressed, release foot pedal contact
Power / intensity too low, increase the power to maximum
Defective Light Curing Unit, return it to your EMS Repair Center
Set / Increase the power to maximum
Replace the light guide
Contact your EMS Repair Center
If device is so equipped, verify that the "ENDO" program is NOT set
Set / Increase the power to maximum
Replace the light guide
Defective Light Curing Unit, return it to your EMS Repair Center
"DRY WORK" function is NOT set
Verify the program selected with the Light Curing Unit
For PM400, select the switch to ENDO and press till the second step of the foot pedal
Verify the O-ring on the connector
Replace the O-ring using a plastic tweezer
The water regulation is NOT set at minimum
The Light Curing Unit is NOT used with the "DRY WORK" function
