10. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
ATTENTION!
Only qualified technicians must perform maintenance or access live parts of the machine as specified in
this chapter.
10.1 BASIC SAFETY STANDARDS FOR MACHINE ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AND TECHNICAL
SUPPORT
Maintenance and/or repairs must be carried out in accordance with the following rules:
ELECTRICAL HAZARD!
• The power sources must be disconnected before performing maintenance and/or repairing any com-
ponent of the machine (disconnect the electrical plug from the mains).
DANGER!
• It is prohibited to remove the guards and safety devices in order to carry out maintenance operations.
ORVED S.p.A. declines all liability for accidents due to non-compliance with the above-mentioned obli-
gation.
ATTENTION!
• Always use suitable preventive measures and protective clothing (gloves, etc.) for any maintenance and/or
repairs.
• Only original spare parts must be used and requested: spare parts that are not type-approved could damage
the machine or cause physical injury.
• Always cite the model and serial number of the machine (see section 1.4) in order for us to ensure efficient sup-
port and to best answer your questions.
There is an identification plate on the back of the machine bearing the following information:
