If the value 00 is selected, this indicates that you do not require
humidity in the programmed fermentation.
Press < ENTER > to confirm the selected humidity level.
Once the above key has been pressed, the electronic control
starts to execute the process with the programmed values.
The following message appears on the display:

This display alternates every 2 seconds with another one that
shows a graphic representation of the curve of the process in
progress and indicates the real temperature and humidity.
The data corresponding to baking indicates the day and the
time resulting from adding the time planned for fermentation
to the current time.
If a setting equal to 00 has been selected, the humidity indica-
tion will be preceded by an asterisk.
To abandon this working mode, the following method should
be used:
Press the < FER > key (6)
When this key is pressed, the following message appears on
the display:
CANCEL?
YES
The < > <
cution of the working mode is to be cancelled (YES) or it is to
be continued (NO).
If (NO) is selected, the programming sequence is resumed to
allow the user to change the programmed parameters if re-
quired.
Once the required setting has been selected, press < ENTER >
to confirm the order.
