1. Warnings

IMPORTANT

Read this instruction manual before switching the Iverpan
on.
STARTING UP INSTRUCTIONS
This unit must be grounded for your protection in order to
avoid the risk of electrical discharges. It should be connec-
ted directly to the ground terminal of the control cabinet.
The ground cable must not be cut or disconnected from the
Iverpan.
CAUTION
The place where the Iverpan is going to be installed has to
have proper ventilation. For good performance of the cooling
equipment, the room temperature must not exceed 30ºC
and relative humidity must be kept under 55%.
Before removing the Iverpan protection devices, the power
connection of the machine must be disconnected.If possi-
ble, always disconnect and switch off the Iverpan when ca-
rrying out repairs or adjustment jobs..
NOISE LEVEL
The acoustic power emitted by the oven is lower than 70
dB. (A).
Keep this instruction manual in a safe and accessible place, for future
references, during the whole service lifetime of the machine.
