DRIVE WHEEL GEAR CASE OIL
Change the gear lube in the drive wheel gear case after the fi rst 350 hours of operation (break in period).
Required oil specifi cation: API GL4, SAE 80/90 weight gear oil.
Gear case oil fi ll capacity is 2.8 quarts (2.7 liters). NOTE: Refer to service manual for drain and fi ll instructions.
LUBRICATION
Grease Fitting locations:
*
1 on each steering sprocket, 6 total.
*
1 on each squeegee caster, 2 total
*
2 on drive wheel gear case spindle (A)
Turn the transmission from side-to-side slowly
while greasing to distribute grease evenly.
Lube Oil locations:
*
steering chain.
