4.6 Electrical installation

Warning
Before making any electrical connections, switch off
the power supply and make sure that it cannot be
accidentally switched on.
All electrical connections must be carried out by a
qualified electrician in accordance with local
regulations.
All electrical connections must be carried out in
accordance with the wiring diagram.
Follow the wiring diagram (see section
1. Connect the servomotors to the control panel.
2. Connect the contact manometer to the control panel.
3. Connect the control panel to the power supply.
4. Connect the contact output lines, if necessary. See section

4.6.2 Output contacts

Terminals
Description
(see fig. 6)
Failure:
• The contact is closed when the pressure is above the contact manometer pressure (normal operation).
4, 5 • The contact opens when the pressure remains below the contact manometer setting for more than 40 seconds
(failure).
• The contact opens in case of power failure.
6, 7 Battery 2 operation: The contact closes when the motor valve for container battery 2 is completely opened.
8, 9 Battery 1 operation: The contact closes when the motor valve for container battery 1 is completely opened.

Before connecting the mains cable, check that the
power supply specified on the nameplate
corresponds to the local supply. An incorrect supply
voltage may destroy the device!
Caution
To guarantee electromagnetic compatibility (EMC),
the input and output cables must be screened.
Connect screen at one end to PE. See fig. 6.
Route the input, output and power supply cables in
separate ducts.
