4. Place the wheel on the ground next to the plastic
supports for the unseating unit.
WARNING - Risk of injury from trapping
hands between clamping plate and tire
As the tire moves there is a risk of hands
becoming trapped between the tire and
clamping plate.

Before starting, turn the clamping plate
such that the clamping jaws are at an ang-
le of 45° to the machine housing.

5. Actuate the pedal for the unseating unit to move the
bead breaker blade towards the tire bead.

WARNING – Risk of injury from crushing
between wheel and unseating unit
When using the bead breaker arm, there is a
risk of parts of the body becoming trapped
between the wheel and the unseating unit.

Never reach between the wheel and the
bead breaker arm.

Unseating must be performed at 3-4 points on the
wheel (which is turned by hand). When doing so,
position the bead breaker blade at a distance of
roughly 1 cm from the edge of the rim.

Apply lubricant to the tire wall and rim hump to faci-
litate unseating.
6. Repeat the procedure on the opposite side of the
wheel.
7. Turn the wheel through 180 degrees.
