Maintenance intervals

Maintenance
Clean moving machine parts, treat with oil
spray or kerosene and then lubricate with en-
gine oil or a suitable grease.
Check amount of condensate in filter assem-
bly. Drain condensate if necessary.
Check oil level in gear unit. The minimum oil
level must always be maintained.
Check whether roller of mounting head is
clean.
Check oil level in oil atomizer. Top up oil if
necessary.
Check condition of plastic covers.
Check FALCO EVO 622/622 IT compressed air
supply (min. 8 bar / max. 10 bar).

6.2.3 Checking gear oil
1. Remove the screw plug with dipstick (A).
2. Check the oil level; it must not be below the mini-
mum mark (tapered section of dipstick).
3. If the oil is below the minimum level, add no more
than 500 ml of oil (Sec. 6.1).

6.2.4
1. Turn the red knob (A) at the bottom of the water
separator to the left (clockwise).
2. Press the knob to drain the condensate collected.
3. Return the red knob (A) to its original position.

1. Unfasten the compressed air connection.
2. Remove the screw plug of the tank (A) at the oil ato-
mizer.
3. Top up the oil (Sec. 6.1).
