Camera Setup
This menu detects if a camera is present, and gives the user the ability
to setup camera related parameters. Press the required camera key to
edit that cameras properties.
Title
Each camera title can be up to 12 characters long and include:
A-Z 0-9 / * ) ( & % # ! , . + and space.
Input termination
If the cameras are to be 'looped through' to other devices, the camera
will need to be unterminated (75Ω termination disabled). The System
Sprite software has the ability to set the termination On or Off. The
default setting is On.
Alarm input/polarity
The Alarm input/polarity option allows alarm inputs to be set as either normally open, normally closed, or off (default). Normally
open alarms are open circuit when no alarm is present and close circuit when an alarm is present. Likewise, Normally closed
alarms are close circuit when no alarm is present and open circuit when an alarm is present.
Alarm connection
If alarms are to be used, each camera needs to be configured with the alarm module and contact number. By default module 1 is
used and the contact number is the same as the camera number, e.g. camera 2 would be:
