Presets
Presets are used to store the pan, tilt, zoom, and focus positions of a telemetry camera with a receiver with preset functions.
The preset key has two functions recall and store.
To recall a preset: a single press dispalys an onscreen request to enter the preset number to be recalled.
To store a preset:
pressing and holding the preset key displays an onscreen request to enter the preset number to store.
Preset numbers:
The preset numbers are entered using the numeric keypad in 2 digit format. i.e. to enter preset 1 key
in 01. Presets 01 - 16 can be entered using the camera keys.
Patrol
The patrol function provides a sequential run through all stored presets. Direct patrol facilities are not supported by the
Pelco telemetry system, however, if patrol functions are required then the BBV RX100interface can be used.
The following will need to be setup before the Patrol function will operate:
1. Setup all required presets for the camera, see above.
2. Enter a delay or dwell period that the camera pauses for before continuing to the next preset, see patrol delay time below.
Entering a Patrol Delay Time
1. For DM/DTMF
Use the * key symbol and the numeric keypad to enter the command:
*853xxx where xxx = 000 to 999 seconds
2. For BBV
Use the * key symbol and the numeric keypad to enter the command:
*853xxx where xxx corresponds to the table below.

3. For Pelco units using the RX100 interface follow the instructions in 2 above.
Additional telemetry commands can be sent to the camera head using star (*) commands, please refer to the table below.
