In the event of a fault
Recommended action
Check whether....
1.
the device is connected to the mains.
2.
all the cables are correctly plugged in.
3.
4.
the cable or plug shows signs of damage.
5.
you have established contact between the radio remote control and the motor.
6.
the control box has the correct type designation.
Continue to identify the source of the fault.
If the bed system still does not function correctly or there is damage to the cables and/or
plugs, please contact our Customer Service.
Please note:
Replacement parts covered by the warranty are despatched free of charge by post where these are plug-
in components (i.e. manual switch, remote control, control box, cable). Extensive malfunctions which are

Proceed as follows:
Press the motion control button on the remote control/manual switch:
