Cause
EtCO2 measuring value is above upper alarm limit.
EtCO2 measuring value is below lower alarm limit.
InsCO2 measuring value is above alarm limits.
AwRR measuring value is above upper alarm limit.
AwRR measuring value is below lower alarm limit.
In specific time interval, no RESP can be detected
using CO2 module.
Cause
The Sensor Source Current
Failure

This error occurs whenever the
pneumatic pressure is outside

An error was found during Zero LOW
The value being calculated is
greater than the upper CO2
limit.
Usually caused when the
airway adapter is removed
from the sensor or when there
is an optical blockage on the
windows of the airway adapter.
May also be caused by failure
to perform Zero to When
adapter type is changed.
Barometric Pressure or gas
compensations have not been
set since power on.
Cause
A Zero is currently in progress
Shows that the sensor is in warming-up stage.
This is no sidestream sampling set connected
to the CO2 sensor
Alarm Remedy
Level
HIGH Check that the sensor is properly
plugged in. Reinsert or reseat the
sensor if necessary. If error persists,
return sensor to factory for servicing.
HIGH Make sure sensor is not exposed to
extreme heat. If error persists, return
sensor to factory for servicing.
LOW Check that the sampling line is not
occluded or kinked.
To clear, check airway adapter and clean
if necessary. If this does not correct the
error, perform an adapter zero.
LOW If error persists, perform a zero.
LOW To clear, clean airway adapter if mucus or
moisture is seen. If the adapter is clean,
perform a Zero.
LOW Set the Barometric Pressure and gas
compensations to clear this error.
