EVM DIAL DEHYDRATOR
1. Power on the dehydrator. Switch should be in the | position for ON.
2. Turn the temperature control mode to desired temperature.
3. To stop dehydrating turn knob to the Zero or place switch in the O position.
EVE DIGITAL DEHYDRATOR
1. Place the power base on a level counter top or other suitable firm surface.
2. Plug the unit into a proper wall outlet. Be certain the outlet voltage corresponds with the
voltage marked on the power base.
3. The appliance will enter standby mode, without any display or output.
4. Press the "SET" key. 00:0 will light up in red.
5. Press the "SET" key again. 00:0 <<< 00 will light up in red. This is the HOUR setting.
6. Press the + or - key to increase or decrease the hours. Each press of the + or - key, in creases
the hour setting in increments of one.
7. Press the "SET" key again. 00:0 <<< 0 will light up in red. This is the MINUTE setting. There are
(2) options for minutes. 0 or 5. Each press of the + or - key, moves the setting from 0 to 5. 0
means a flat hour / 5 means a half hour. For example, setting the timer at 03:0 is
3 hours and setting the timer at 03:5 is 3 1/2 hours.
