Hotel Mode

Move within the menu using the ↑ and ↓ keys. To select the report type its number,
or place the cursor over it and press ENTER.
The report is printed using the output device marked in the reports configuration.
Accordingly, the contents will depend on the programming.
To interrupt a listing press CANCEL.
In the case of an output on screen, use the << and >> keys to scroll through the
different calls.
8- SYSTEM STATUS
This menu is used to print the different configuration parameters of the system:
• Values of the general parameters.
• Listing of extensions sorted by departments.
• Listing of trunk lines.
• Listing of account codes.

9- SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OF THE HOTEL MODE / GUEST VERSION
Once created, the extensions may be assigned to the different departments. During
system programming, the organisation's layout is defined.
There are three types of departments (or categories): Guest rooms, Booths and
Administration.
• Rooms/Booths:
Room or booth extensions are handled from the Guest menu and their calls can
be billed.
