The unit is equipped with a real time clock powered by a battery, which sustains the
date and time in the case of a mains failure.
The main menu permanently displays the date and time.

The initial password is 9. It may be replaced by any combination of up to 8 digits.
Enter the new password, press ENTER. Check the password by entering it again and
confirm with ENTER. The new password is now registered.
• The password is always required to access the Configuration menu.
• If you want to protect the access to the configuration menu, make sure to exit
using option 8. Close configuration, rather than CANCEL or O.K. keys, which
will not lock the Configuration menu.
