f) Place the back cover of the belt cape and then place
the two pulleys.
g) Check the alignment of the two pulleys using a rule.
It is very important that the pulleys rest
perfectly aligneds, to avoid belts jump or
premature wear.
h) Install the belts and tighten. At the beginning extend
the belts displacing the engine on rails.
I)Using the tensioning lever extend the belts and lock the
lever with pin as shows the picture bellow.
j) Put the cover belt.
WARNING: The cover belt is not included
with the machine when it leaves the
factory without a motor coupled. You can
purchase the standard safeguards
provided by JF.
The use of the equipments without the
required cover belt or guards is
prohibited, according to the indications on
this manual. Never operate the Forage
Chopper without the cover of the belt.
The rail is supported on rubber blocks and
there is not necessary fix it at the floor, but it
need rest on a concret even floor.
