7.4- Leveling check or oil replacement of the
transmission box
1- Leveling check
a) Remove the level plug (1), the oil must apper on hole.
b) To fill the level, remove the plug (2) and fill with SAE
150 oil up to reach the hole (1).
c) Then close the plugs again.
The filling up plugs is also provided with
breather. Be sure it is free to allows the
balance between internal and external
pressures.

2- Oil change

Each 500 work hours of the forage chopper, drain the oil
according follow:
a) The machine must be in work temperature to facilitate
the oil flowing off.
b) Remove the drain plug (3) and let the oil flow off
entirely.
c) Complete the level through plug (2) up to reach the
edge of the plug orifice (1).
Use SAE 150 oil. Refer the above table.
1- It is recommended to change the oil at the
end of the working day, because the waste
flows out easier with the box in operation
temperature.
2- To change the oil, the machine should be
turned off. The oil can be in extremely high
temperature. Therefore, use the indicated
Personal Safety Equipment (gloves,
goggles) to prevent burns.
