Using the stop mode top left, the bag holder can be
adjusted. This must always be readjusted for the first bag
of a different size. Turn the bag holder (35) slightly
upwards using the adjuster wheel bag holder (1) or (16).
Activate the Stop mode. Insert a bag into the bag holder
(35). As soon as you move the hands out of the danger
zone, the filling process begins. Once the bag is filled, the
filling process stops, before the cover is pressed onto the
bag. Now, using the adjuster wheel bag holder (1) or (16),
hold the bag holder down so far that there is virtually no air
left in the bag. Activate the Stop mode, to commence
production.
The current filling temperature is displayed below the
button Stop mode. If it is lower than the set temperature of
the temperature control and if this is active, the filling
process stops and the red button "Temperature out of
range" is displayed. Now, the circulation should be
switched on using the button Circulation (42) or the
temperature can be adjusted via the red button.
The number of currently filled bag at the top right can be
reset using the production counter.
EMERGENCY-OFF screen
This screen appears, if you operate the EMERGENCY-
OFF switch (40). This must be unlocked and the button
