MIXER GEARBOX- Disassembly and reassembly of the mixer gearbox assy
Reducer assy disassembly
If replacement or substitution requires the entire assy to be disassembled, operate in the following manner.
1. Remove the mixer motor (or motors) with the relative pinion.
2. Empty the oil from reducer gearbox by way of the oil drain plugs (part. 17 TABLE 20), and from planetary
gearbox by way of the oil drain plugs (part. 1 TABLE 22). Note: depending on the model, the planetary gearbox
and/or reducer gearbox can have one or more oil drain plugs. For more information on the oil draining
procedure, consult the User Manual.
3. In the following, unless otherwise stated, reference is to TABLE 1. Disassemble the bridge guard cover (part.
1), after having disconnected any water or cement supply tubes, etc.
4. Disassemble the rear guard case (part. 5), removing the hinges (part. 4) from the bridge.
5. Disassemble the front protection case as described in the previous point, removing from it the supports or
hinges, depending on the model (TABLE 01 B).
6. Remove the coupling spring pins between the bridge beams and the panel (part. 2). A reference pin is
positioned at every end of each beam.
7. Remove the screws (part. 3) which secure each beam to the bridge panel. Of these, 4 are positioned at the left
end and 4 at the right end of each beam.
8. Lift the mixer reducer assy, complete with mixing arms, peripheral arm and support beams. For the lifting, use
n.4 eyebolts placed at the points indicated in the following figure:
