The VMF-RCC panel will not manage the heat pumps/chiller being enabled in relation to fan coil time periods, or
to room thermostats demand in DHW production systems equipped with MultiControl devices. This logic
underlies the need to keep the external units ready for any requests from the DHW system, which is managed
autonomously by the MultiControl controller.
