The installation consists of equipment assembling and installation of its supply connections, such as water,
compressed air, sewage (drainage and vacuum when available) and electricity, making the equipment voltage
adjustment when necessary.
When assembling the equipment, the technician should level the delivery unit relative to the chair,
worktable and assistant module (when available on the equipment). It should also fix the equipment to the floor,
adjust the water and air pressure of the syringe, adjust the pressure of the couplings for pneumatic instruments
and adjust the spray, among other activities.
The equipment installation must be performed by Olsen certified technician, who will also inspect the
equipment making sure it's according to what was requested, if it remains intact after having been transported,
in addition, to performing a quality inspection before use, ending the process with a guidance on proper equipment
operation, cleaning, and maintenance.
An authorized technician should make the installation. Installation performed by an unauthorized
person will result in warranty loss!

6.1 - Check List

The list below is intended to provide, in summary, important details to be checked regarding the equipment
reception, installation environment preparation, appropriate supplies conditions, and its correct installation.
We recommend that the equipment's owner accompanies the technician during this Check List so that, if
necessary, he can arrange the necessary items to guarantee the correct equipment installation.
1 - Are the water and sewage systems set up as described in sections 5.4 (Water for de Water Unit) and 5.6
(Sewage System)?
2 - Is the water pressure supply adequate (2.8 to 6.0 bar)?
3 - Are the hydraulic connections arranged as the template (section 5.1 - Pre-installation)?
4 - Is the power supply have a differential wiring and grounding connection (section 5.7 – Electrical Installation)?
5 - Is there an adequate circuit breaker for equipment protection, in accordance with section 5.7 (Electrical

Installation)?

6 - The supply voltage must be 118/127/220/230 V with a ± 10% tolerance. If the voltage has been identified
as exceeding the tolerance, a protection stabilizer against voltage variations was installed?
7 - Is the compressor correctly sized (150 L/min 7.0 bar)?
8 - The compressor and the compressed air network are in accordance with sections 5.2 (Compressed Air) and
5.3 (Compressed Air Tubing)?
9 - The filter was installed in the air supply line of the equipment?
10 - Is the air pressure on the equipment's inlet between 5.5 and 7.0 bar (80 and 100 PSI)?
11 - Does the compressor turn On and Off by correctly cycling?
12 - Did the equipment arrived as ordered and was delivered in perfect condition?
13 - Are all the chair commands working properly?
14 - The movements of the arms and joints of the operation light, water unit, working table and assistant module
have been checked?
15 - The operating light is switched On, Off and changes intensities correctly?
