In order to extend the life of his equipment, Olsen has prepared a list of the main elements of the equipment
that should be reviewed for preventive maintenance.
Olsen recommends performing periodic preventive checks on the equipment, where the technician can, in
addition to the review, assess the state of conservation of the equipment, decreasing the chances of failure.
Preventative checks should be performed with an authorized Olsen technician.
Check base commands and movements.
Check and lubrication motors and joints.
Check out the progressive pedal's valve.
Check out the automatic vapor drain.
Check of the flex arm and working table joints and the pneumatic brake.
Check out the cart unit castors.
Check of the pneumatic couplings pressure and rings.
Check the valves, blades, and handpieces holders.
Check out the scaler tips wear and tear.
Check the Blue Touch panel controls.
Disassembly and lubrication of the 3-way syringe's buttons.
Check out the arm and assistant module movements.
Check the ejection intensity of the Venturi saliva ejector (from 250 to 300 mm/Hg).
Lubrication of the solid's collector rings.
Cleaning and lubrication of the spittoon bowl ring.
