3. Presentation
3.3- Functioning
The spreader coupled to the tractor is positioned at the distribution site.
The distribution height is adjusted by operating on the three-point hydraulic lift
system of the tractor.
The power take-off of the tractor which transmits rotational movement to the two
launching rotors is switched on.
The tractor remote control valve is activated and the hydraulic cylinders are actuated
to open the doser bottoms, releasing the product flow over the two rotors.
As the tractor moves in a straight line, the two rotors launch the product, forming
an application range along the distance traveled by the tractor.
NOTE: You can suspend the operation of one of the rotors simply by closing the
corresponding hydraulic cylinder register.
NOTE!
t
he weather conditions have a big influence on the
distribution profile during the spreading
the weather should be dry
and a maximum wind speed of
3.4- Required Tractor
The choice of tractor must take into account the
power required by the machine and the lifting
capacity of the three-point hydraulic system
to support the gross weight of the equipment
(machine weight plus product weight to be
distributed).
The tractor used must have a minimum lifting
capacity of 1800 kg in the center of mass (at 610
mm of the ball joints according to ISO 789-2) - see
figure on the side.
