4. Preparation
Using the formula, we have:
DOSAGE = 200 x 6 x 24
DOSAGE = 28800 = 48 kg / min
Since there are two rotors:
We divide 48 by 2 =
We conclude that it should flow:
on each rotor.
Now that we have already calculated the
dosage, we need to determine the setting
point of the machine, ie the position of the
flow regulator scales to achieve the required
dosage of 24 kg/min.
1.
Fill the machine with the product;

Set the flow regulator (C) with the scale in
position 7;
3.
Allow the product to flow for 1 minute and
weigh.
4.
If the weight is above, decrease one point on
the scale. If it is below, increase one point on
the scale.
5.
Repeat the test until you get 24 kg.
6.
Adjust the other rotor by setting the scale to
the same value.
