It is recommended to use a category 2 tractor,
with power from 30 to 50 hp at the power take-
off (540 rpm), equipped with double clutch with
independent drive (PTO and engine).
The correct ratio between tractor size and
machine weight ensures safety during braking and
maneuvering. The load lifted must not exceed the
maximum authorized load indicated in the tractor
manual used (see machine weight under 'Technical
Characteristics').
The Spreader uses the tractor's auxiliary hydraulic
system to start and stop the distribution. To do
this, the tractor must be equipped with a double
action valve.
