8.- FAULTS AND SOLUTIONS

The following are the most common symptoms of operation failures, their probable
causes and the precautions that should be taken by the user. If you have any questions,
consult your dealer or contact our technical assistance.
The flow rate is not continuous or is insufficient.
Probable cause
The flow rate is set incorrectly.
Presence of soil or impurities in the
fertilizer, blocking the exits.
Formation of "tunnel" on the outlet of
the product due to humidity.
Product with presence of clods that
obstruct the openings.
Agitators in bad condition or with
damaged bearings.
Excessive dust or damaged grains
Probable cause
Agitators in bad condition or with
damaged bearings centrifuge the
product.
Low opening of the dosers and low
product flow.
Adjust the flow rate according to the
product and based on the instructions in
this manual (item 'FLOW REGULATION').
Eliminate the cause of the obstruction and
use good quality and clean products.
Provide or wait for the product to dry to
restart the spreading.
Provide for the removal of clods and use
good quality products.
Check the states of the agitators and
their bearings. If damaged, replace them
immediately.
