6.4.1- Grease lubrication

of the working period because the grease flows
better while the machine is still hot

moisture and other contaminants
Using a grease gun or pump lubricate with special
grease for bearings, based on lithium soap, NLGI
classification 2 (Example: LUBRAX LITH-2).
Lubricate the following points every 8 working
hours or daily.
CAUTION!
Lubrication and repairs should only be
done with the machine turned off, the
components completely stopped and the
key removed from the ignition.
Cardan shaft:
Using a grease gun or a pump, grease the cardan
crossheads every 8 working hours.
Lubricate the shafts every 20 hours.
Use lithium-based soaps lubrication greases, grade
NLGI-2.
Also see the manual supplied with the cardan
shaft, provided by the manufacturer.
