7.3.4 dISINfECTINg THE MaCHINE

• Switch the machine off via the on/off main switch and disconnect the plug from the mains.
• Spray the steel surfaces of the machine with an alcohol-based disinfectant. Do not spray the product on
electric parts or in the ventilation slots of the machine.
• Let the disinfectant sit for a few minutes.
• Wipe with a cloth soaked in drinking water and then dry well with a clean cloth.
7.3.5 RePlaCINg The SealINg BaR COveR TeFlON BaND
To do so, proceed as follows:

• Detach the brown Teflon cover

• Wipe the sealing bar with alcohol (fig. 1).
• Fit a new band (fig. 2), cutting the excess length at the two ends (fig. 3).
