List of Log Icons
The following 9 different categories can be
displayed in the Logs Screen: Blood Glucose,
Carbs, Medicine, Activity, Weight, Blood
Pressure, A1C, SPO2, and Temperature. Each
category has its unique icon as shown in the
picture.
Add Logs on the Meter
Add your logs on your meter
Your BioTel Care® BGM allows you to manually
add Blood Glucose, Carbs, Medicine, Activity,
Weight, Blood Pressure, A1C, SPO2, and
Temperature.
1. You can enter the Add Log mode from the Logs Screen or
Applications Menu by pressing on the
Add Log button.
2. Select the log type by pressing on the option OR use the
UP/DOWN button.
3. Press the CREATE A LOG button OR use the ENTER button
to enter the Add Log Screen where you can enter log
details.
Press the EDIT button to edit or create a new log type. (See
step 5)
4. You can enter the log details such as amount, tag and
timestamp and press SUBMIT to save and upload this log to
the server.
5. Create New Log Type
You can enter the Edit Logs screen from the Add Log
screen by pressing the EDIT button. Select a Log Type
(Carbs, Medicine, or Activity) and press the NEW LOG TYPE
button, where you can enter the new type name and unit.
Upon entering the new type name and unit, press SAVE.
6. Press SAVE on the Add Log screen to save the log type.
