If you have any questions about using your wireless device

Wireless Technology Information
is a wireless medical device which encompasses wireless
technologies and functions. This device is a data only device
and does not incorporate voice service. The BioTel Care® BGM
meets the Verizon Wireless and Sprint Network standards and
has been certified to function on their networks. You can only
use your device on the LTE network.
This EUT (Equipment Under Test) has been shown to be
capable of complying with the requirements set forth in the
following standards:
• FCC 47 CFR Part 2, 22(H), 24(E)
• FCC Part 15, Subpart B
• ANSI/TIA/EIA-603-C-2004
• FCC KDB 971168 D01 Power Meas. License Digital Systems v01
This device functions on CDMA 2000 BC0 (850mHz) and BC1
(1900mHz) and uses CDMA 2000 1x and EVDO. The following
are operating characteristics of the BioTel Care® BGM:
• Effective RF Radiated Power Output and Operating Range:
Less than 24 dBm
• Modulation: QPSK. (Quadrature Phase-Shift Keying)
• Antenna Type: PIFA Antenna
• Bandwidth of Receiving Section - Is in accordance with FCC
Rule Parts 24H and 24E for Frequency Range
• Part 24H = 824.7-848.31 (mHz)
• Part 24E = 1851.25-1908.75 (mHz)
Electromagnetic Emitted Interference
According to IEC 61326
The BioTel Care® BGM is suitable for operation in the indicated
electromagnetic environment. The customer and/or operator
of the BioTel Care® BGM should make sure that it is used in an
electromagnetic environment as described.
