Description
The automatic gun consists of the main parts nozzle head and gun body.
Nozzle head
• Nozzle head [1-6] (rotates in steps of 90°)
• Air cap (positioned in steps of 45°, fully variable positioning in SAT-
Aminijet)
• Fluid tip
• Material connection [1-13]
Spray gun body
• Gun body [1-3]
• Round and flat fan control [1-5], [1-12]
• Material flow control [1-2]
• Fastening possibilities [1-1], [1-9]
• Control air connection [1-10]
• Spraying air connection [1-11]

Assembly
Attention!
Loose screws can cause damage to parts or result in malfunctions.
→ Tighten all screws by hand and check that they are screwed tight.
Notice!
All automatic guns have an integrated pre-/post air control. At the nozzle
head there is a material connection for material circulation [1-8] for use
in automatic guns with material circulation (see chapter 8.3).
The automatic gun can either be fixed with a fastening bolt in a spraying
system or mounted on a quick-change fitting (Art. No. 145169). The
material and air supply then has to be connected.
The material and air supply connection elements are not included in the
scope of supply and can be ordered on request.
