1 PREMISA
Willmop es una fregadora vertical utilizada para limpiar pisos duros. Está equipado con dos cepillos que garantizan una pista de
lavado de 50 cm (20"), una boquilla de aspiración para recoger el agua sucia, posicionada inmediatamente después de los
cepillos, y una junta innovadora diseñada por TSM que permite la flexión completa y un movimiento de 360° del timón.
Los componentes a presión, incluido el tanque del agua limpia de 5 litros (1,32 galones) y el tanque del agua sucia de 7 litros
(1,85 galones), combinados con la batería recargable de iones de litio, permiten operación continua de 24 horas, basado en el
cambio rápido de batería.
Willmop solo debe usarse para lavar pisos.
Willmop puede funcionar y trabajar bien, solo si se usa correctamente y se mantiene con plena eficiencia. Por lo tanto, le
pedimos que lea este folleto de instrucciones detenidamente y que no use Willmop a menos que toda la información reportada
sea bien entendida. En caso de dudas y / o necesidades, le recordamos que siempre puede solicitar la intervención de personal

2 RECEPTIÓN DE WILLMOP
Al momento de recibir Willmop, es esencial verificar de inmediato que haya recibido todo el material indicado en los documentos
adjuntos, y también que Willmop no haya sufrido daños durante el transporte. En la afirmativa, hágase constatar por el
transportista el daño sufrido, avisando al mismo tiempo nuestro departamento de asistencia clientes. Solo actuando de esta
manera y con prontitud será posible tener el material faltante y la compensación por daños.
Asegúrese de que no falten elementos al verificar el contenido con la lista a continuación. Si faltan elementos, comuníquese con
el vendedor.

· Extension cords connected to this machine should be 12 gauge, three-wire cords with three-prong plugs and outlets. Do not use
extension cord more than 50 feet (15 m.) long.
7 OPENING THE PACKAGING
Willmop is contained in a specific package with dimensions:

If a pallet with several machines is moved, the forks of the forklift or of the pallet truck must be positioned approximately in the

7.1 How to unpack Willmop
1. Remove the outer cardboard packaging.
2. Cut the string with suitable nippers, paying attention to the elastic return of the same.
3. Remove the machine and its components from the box.
4. The machine is packed with the handlebar locked.
5. Keep the pallet for any transportation needs.
7.2 Insert the battery in Willmop and recharge it
WARNING - The battery is delivered with a minimal charge. It is necessary to recharge the battery for at least 5 hours
before using Willmop for the first time.
To recharge the battery, the user can decide whether to keep it incorporated in Willmop during the recharging phase, or to
separate it if he wants to continue working with a second battery kit.
To relocate the battery in Willmop it is necessary to (Fig. 2):
· switch Willmop off, by turning the program selector to the OFF position.
· lock the handle in the vertical position using the corresponding lever located in the body of the handle.
· gently sliding the battery up to the bottom of the connector following the guides in the battery compartment.
WARNING - Do not leave the charger connected to the battery while using Willmop. Unplug the power cord when
charging is complete.
To extract the battery from Willmop it is necessary to:
· switch Willmop off, by turning the program selector to the OFF position.
· lock the handlebar in a vertical pos., sliding the 2 side knobs positioned in the handlebar body until the end of the base (Fig. 1).
· remove the battery upwards, using the hold it is fitted with (Fig. 3).
The inlet is located on the lower right side of the battery. Connect the power cord of the battery charger to the battery (Fig. 4).
The charger LED light up to indicate that the power is on and the battery is charging. The status of the red LED indicates that the
battery is charging, until the green color appears, when the battery is fully charged and you can disconnect the charger.
WARNING - It takes about 4 hours to fully charge the battery.
In order not to cause permanent damage to the battery, it is essential to avoid the complete discharge of the
battery, providing for recharging within a few minutes of its exhaustion.
Never leave the batteries completely discharged, even if the machine is not used.
Danger of gas exhalation and leakage of corrosive liquids.
Fire hazard: do not approach with open flames.
7.3 Brushes or pads inserting (Fig. 5)
Willmop is packed with the brushes removed. Keeping the handle locked through the locking system (Fig. 1), it is therefore
necessary to tilt Willmop until the handle touches the ground and Willmop is completely lying down. Insert the brushes or the pad
holder on the appropriate pins and press down completely.
WARNING - The pad must be added to the pad holder, the coloring of the pad must be chosen based on the required
cleaning activity.
