Inserting the batteries in the machine
4.3
The batteries must be housed in the battery compartment below the solution tank and must be handled using special hoisting
equipment suitable both for the weight and for the hooking system.
WARNING
– For the maintenance and daily recharging of the batteries, it is necessary to follow the instructions
provided by the manufacturer or its dealer. All installation and maintenance operations must be carried out by
specialized personnel. Do not smoke, do not approach naked flames, do not use emery wheels and welding
machines; however, do not cause sparks near the batteries. Do not draw power from the battery with temporary
clamps, sockets and contacts. Make sure that all connections (cable lugs, sockets, plugs, etc.) are always well
tightened and in good condition. Check the integrity of the battery modules.

Connecting the battery connector
4.4
The electrical connection of battery / machine is located under the seat, on the left side (the battery connector is mobile and it has
a handle, while the connector machine goes up to the frame).
During operation, the battery connector must remain connected to the machine; during re-charge, the battery connector must be
attached to the charger (Nr. 15 ofMACHINE COMPONENTS table).
Recharge of the batteries
4.5
In order not to cause the risk of permanent damage to the batteries, one should at all costs avoid their complete discharge
and effect recharging within a few minutes after that the signal of discharged batteries appears.
WARNING
– To avoid permanent damage to the batteries, it is essential to avoid their complete discharge, and to
recharge them within a few minutes after the warning of low batteries. Recharge IMMEDIATELY after discharge: DO NOT
LEAVE THE BATTERIES, EVEN PARTIALLY, DISCHARGED.
For the maintenance and daily recharging of the batteries it is necessary to follow the instructions provided by the
