3. Intended Use

The material pressure tank is used to convey flowing materials (spray-
ing materials) using compressed air.

4. Description

The material pressure tank is used to process larger quantities of fluid
material. The material is conveyed to the manual or automatic guns by
compressed air.

5. Versions

Depending on the customer requirements, the material pressure tank
is fitted with components such as handle (SATA paint set 10 only), sin-
gle / double pressure reducer and the various agitators.
Optional features include a material outlet at the bottom of the pressure
tank (SATA FDG 24 only) and a second gun connection for material sup-
ply and spraying air supply.
Retrofitting the individual variants is not possible.
Handle (SATA paint set 10 only) [1-12]
For convenient carrying of the material pressure tank.
Single pressure reducer [1-3] / [7-5]
For adjusting the material pressure.
Double pressure reducer [1-11] / [7-14]
For separate adjustment of the material and spraying pressure.
Manual agitator [1-1] / [7-1]
For manual agitation of the material. The agitator is driven by a hand
crank.
Pneumatic agitator [1-2] / [7-3] / [7-4]
For homogeneous agitation of the material. The agitator is driven by
a pneumatic motor. This is supplied with compressed air by an exter-
nal compressed air pipe. The pneumatic agitator can be ordered with
[1‑2] / [7‑4] or without gear [7‑3] (SATA FDG 24 / 48 only).
Electric agitator [7-2] / [12‑1]
For homogeneous agitation of the material. The agitator is driven by an
electric motor.
Material outlet at the bottom of the pressure tank (SATA FDG 24
only) [7-7]
For connecting the gun at the bottom of the pressure tank.
