device allows both adjusting the thermostat's seating depth and adapting to the container's wall
thickness. Make sure that the device is well secured before you start operation.
3. Filling the container with water. Fill the container with water to match the level on the ther-
mostat. The water level must be between MIN and MAX.
Important: as the water temperature rises, it begins to evaporate more actively. The thermostat
has an alarm system issuing a signal when the water reaches the minimum level. If the water
level falls below the MIN mark, the thermostat will shut off.
4. Connecting power and switching on the device. Connect the power supply and make sure
the connection is secure. Next, set the power switch to the ON position. After switching on, the
LCD will start displaying information.

Important: When switched on, the LCD will display information about the water temperature,
previous temperature settings, and previous time settings.
5. Setting/adjusting parameters in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit. Select °C or °F to set the de-
sired temperature scale.
Setting the temperature "Set Temp": use the "+" or "-" keys to set the desired water tempera-
ture. The maximum settable value is 99°C, or 210°F.
Set Time: use the "+" or "-" keys to set the desired operating time of the thermostat. The maxi-
mum operating time of the thermostat is 24 hours.
6. Cooking Press the "Start" button to start the device, begin heating and circulating water.
