liability of Össur visà-vis the customer, irrespective of whether these
were given verbally or in writing and irrespective of which legal
grounds they invoke. The liability by mandatory rules of law on the
part of Össur towards the customer, in particular pursu- ant to the
Product Liability Act, will remain unimpaired.
b. Any changes to this limited warranty require the prior written
permission of Össur.
