6.3 Recovery tank full
The machine has a filter and a float that stop the aspiration motor whenever the recuperation tank is full. It causes the closure
of the vacuum hose. In this case it's required to empty the tank.
6.4 Traction
This machine has an electronically controlled traction system.To move the machine, firstly turn on the key and press the accelarator.
The gear revereser is on the console. Rotate speed control selector to adjust machine forward movement speed. You can adjust
potentiometer knob for speed regulation; if this is set to minimum, machine will not move.
WARNING
- To avoid wear of the squeegee blades or any damage to the squeegee, reverse gear must be carried
out with the squeegee lifted off the ground.
6.5 Brake
The machine has an electronic braking system. To brake, in normal conditions, just remove your foot from the accelerator pedal.
Machine is normally braked, the brake could be released by applying these options:
1. Key turned to On position;
2. Pushing accelerator pedal;
3. Pushing safety swith with left foot.
If required you can release the drive motor from the brake:
1. MOTOR WHEEL (650, 650 Ecoray, 800): by screwing the handwheel by using start key;
2. REAR TRACTION MOTOR (550, C62): by pulling outwards the lever.

WARNING
- These operations must be carried out with the machine switched off, with the key in OFF position,
using gloves to protect hands and making sure there are no objects or people nearby.
At the end of the work, before performing any type of maintenance proceed as follows;
1. Close the regulation cock;
2. Turn off brush motor switch;
3. Lift up scrubber group lever;
4. Turn off vacuum motor switch;
5. Lift up squeegee lever;
6. Move the machine to the dirty water drain site;
7. Turn the On-Off key to OFF position to turn the machine off;
8. Detach the tube from its seat, unscrew the drain plug and drain the recovery tank.
8 DAILY MAINTENANCE
WARNING
- These operations must be carried out with the machine switched off, with the key in OFF position,
using gloves to protect hands and making sure there are no objects or people nearby.

8.1 Cleaning the recovery tank

1. Empty the tank through the drain hose;
2. Take away the suction hose (Fig. 7-1) and the suction hose tank-squeegee (Fig. 7-2);
3. Open the black lock placed between the the recovery and cleaning tanks (Fig. 7-3);
4. Unlock the plastic cover placed on the top of the machine (Fig. 9A);
5. Turn the back part of the cover and take away the complete cover;
6. Unscrew the filter from the plastic cover, remove it and rinse with water. Do not lose the ball inside (Fig. 8);
7. Turn the recovery tank (Fig. 9B), rinse it and clean the drain plug;
8. Put the plug back on the drain hose and lift it up to the support;
9. Repeat by performing these procedures in reverse order in order to start again to work.
WARNING
- For the discharge of the liquids used for the floor cleaning, follow the indication written on the soap label
and applicate the currently laws and codes.
